Reflections

"Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences, and failing to achieve anything useful."

      -Margaret J. Wheatley

The reflections I have written are my way of looking back on the experiences I have had and dissecting what I have learned from those experiences. One thing I try to constantly ask myself is, "What did I just learn, how did that affect me, and where can I grow from this?"

Reflections are meant to detail an event or experience, the importance of that, and where the experience will take one in the future. Reflecting has been extrememly useful in helping me to switch from a "check-off" mode, to a "plan and learn" mode - something that gives me better perspective on my experiences and 'life lessons'.
